Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked. We will send you a full refund, minus shipping fees. If the unit is returned damaged or not in working order, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Electronic parts are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. If for any reason the silicon chip makers discontinue the MCU processors used in the AMC3 we will not be able to replace or repair your unit and the warranty will be void.

Physical damages are not covered in any way, unless damage occurs during initial shipping of the device.

Power surge damage and or plugging the device into an unsupported outlet which results in damage to the unit (yes, we can tell) will void your warranty. If we choose to replace your unit due to power surge damage, all future warranties will be instantly VOID.

Meaning, if you break it, you may get one replacement, and that's it. Once a replacement has been issued, we will no longer provide replacement or repair and your warranty will be instantly VOID.

We simply can't afford to provide unlimited replacements for user damage.

Replacements will ONLY be provided if the damaged unit is RETURNED. No return? No replacement.

Buyer pays shipping in all circumstances.

Refunds will be issued via our payment processing provider (usually PayPal) upon receipt and after inspection of the returned item. If the unit faceplate is not in like new condition, there may be an additional $10.00 fee to cover the cost of replacing it prior to resale.
